For 2025 the final balance is due the first day of the photo journey. If you must cancel a full refund of any deposit(s) minus a 10% fee of said deposit is available up until 90 days prior to the photo journey but funds are otherwise forfeited OR applied to a future trip with WarblerWhisperer.
